Bowman Hal is a contemporary art gallery with an international perspective, dedicated to exhibiting the work of artists who are shaping art making today. Established in 2025 in the city of Madrid, Bowman Hal looks to strengthen artists’ impact globally and encourage new audiences.

Founded by Ana Gervás and David Cantolla, the gallery reflects their commitment to art and joins the set of initiatives they lead through SOLO, an international institution which supports and accompanies artistic practice.

With a special focus on artistic endeavours that celebrate aesthetic connections over time and geography, the gallery enriches SOLO's unique vision and its mission to provide all-embracing support for art makers. Bowman Hal, whose represented artists include William Mackinnon, Siro Cugusi, filip custic and Mario Klingemann, views each project as a creative process. The gallery’s carefully curated exhibition programme is fruit of this meticulous approach and SOLO’s diverse resources.

Bowman Hal’s location at SOLO CSV, the art centre designed for SOLO by renowned Spanish architects, estudioHerreros, enables artists to broaden dialogues and explore links with a variety of creative ventures. Likewise, Bowman Hal also establishes annual partnerships and collaborations with a selection of international galleries and institutions.
